Johnny Thunders: Thy Will Be Done

The first official word out of New Orleans came from the Associated Press on April 29, 1991, five days after his body was found. “Johnny Thunders, a founding member of the 1970s rock 'n' roll band the New York Dolls, died of an overdose of cocaine and methadone, according to the coroner's office.”
