Davy Walker grew up Mormon in Los Angeles, Ca. Upon leaving Mormonism, he began studying film and sound arts at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, graduating with a BFA in Studio Arts. It was there he started tinkering with experimental narrative through music, film, new media, and sound collage. One of his latest works, TheBox made with artist Jack Turpin has shown in the Ottawa International Animation Festival, Slamdance Film Festival, and the C.A.R. Video Lounge in Berlin. His most recent experimental documentary/music video Black Bag, made in collaboration with YA BA, screened at the Planet 9 Film Festival in Los Angeles. Davy currently lives in Chicago, Il as a freelance music composer and artist.
